The battery will not hold a charge at all. I have not been able to use this iPod. Very dissapointing. Tried to find how to replace the battery on line but I can't get the iPod open without breaking it. That's probably why there is a small crack in the glass, seller tried to open it to replace battery and couldn't so decided to sell it.

The 1st gen is way cheaper to get on gamestop.com its around 120 for the used refurbished one, so i figure its better to save the money, just trying to save you guys some money :P
But otherwise these are AWESOME! The app store and the ios are just awesome, if you are looking for a phone though to use for music buy an android phone, it will be a phone and this in one, PS iphones arent very good, you can get better phones than iphone for cheaper :(
